Our Expert Team

Lifelong friends Eoin Murphy and John Kennedy came together to form Kopis in 2025 after seeing a growing need for a building contractor with a focus on the quality and attention to detail needed to successfully complete bespoke homes of distinction.

Eoin Murphy

With over 30 years of experience, Eoin started his career as a carpenter, working on a wide range of housing, one-off homes and bespoke, luxury builds. With a creative, detail-focused mindset, Eoin bridges the gap between architect and contractor, making sure that the most demanding of projects are completed to the highest standards.

John Kennedy

Like Eoin, John served his time as a carpenter over 30 years ago, giving him a vast wealth of experience to tap into. John has an uncanny intuition for knowing exactly the right approach to solve any building challenge and is extremely proud of the finish he’s helped to deliver on Kopis projects.
