How it works

Site meeting and project evaluation

Our friendly, expert director, Eoin will meet with you on site to do an initial evaluation and discuss some potential options. As well as the technicalities of the build process, Eoin will explain important considerations around planning, zoning and building regulations.

Partnership Proposal & Terms

Discussion Once mutual interest is confirmed, both parties work together to structure the Development Partnership agreement. This covers profit-sharing arrangements, development timelines, responsibilities (who handles what), and exit strategies. Everything is documented transparently to maintain that trust-first approach.

Agreement & Development Launch

After terms are agreed upon and contracts are signed, the partnership officially begins. We move forward with our design & build expertise while you remain involved as a partner, sharing in the success of the project as it progresses through construction and completion.
